My wife and I along with 2 other couples have had exceptional service from Heather, the manager at Expedia Cruises in Sarasota. All six of us have worked with Heather on 2-3 cruises per year. On a recent repositioning cruise to the Netherlands, I needed to reach her when we were in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, since I am a neck breather and she came through and got the information to me within a few minutes. The six of us use Heather as our key contact for every planned cruise now and in the future.

We had an exceptional trip because of Heather Soccio in August 2025. She planned our trip, checked in to make sure all was perfect while we were in NJ. She made it seamless because Heather went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to use Heather and Expedia Cruises again for all of my trips.
